Every order submitted to Rush Custom Patches is subject to review and confirmation. After receiving your artwork and order specifications, our team will prepare a digital proof or sample for your approval.

Production begins only after you approve the final proof. Once approved, the design is considered final and cannot normally be changed.

Before approving your proof, please carefully verify:

• Patch size and dimensions
• Thread and material colors
• Backing type
• Border style and placement
• Text, spelling and artwork
• Overall design and layout

The customer is responsible for confirming that all information shown on the final proof is correct before approval.

All prices displayed by Rush Custom Patches are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing may vary depending on the specifications of your order, including:

• Quantity ordered
• Patch size and shape
• Patch type and material
• Backing option such as iron-on or Velcro
• Border and finishing options
• Special effects or premium materials

Unless a different arrangement has been confirmed in writing, full payment is required before production begins.

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods made available at checkout. Custom B2B customers may contact our team to discuss payment terms based on order volume and business history.

Rush Custom Patches provides artwork assistance and revisions before the final design is approved.

• Revisions can be requested before final approval.
• Once the proof has been approved, the artwork is considered final.
• Changes requested after production has started may result in additional charges and may not be possible.
• Customers should provide the clearest artwork available for the best possible result.
• We accept common artwork formats including AI, EPS, PDF, PNG and JPG.

We will make reasonable efforts to reproduce your approved design accurately. However, minor differences may occur between digital colors displayed on a screen and physical thread, fabric, PVC or printed colors.

Standard production generally takes approximately 7–12 business days after final artwork approval and payment confirmation. Production times may vary depending on patch type, order quantity, complexity and current production volume.

Rush production may be available for qualifying orders. Please contact our team before ordering if you have a specific deadline.

Shipping time is separate from production time and depends on the destination and shipping method selected.

Rush Custom Patches is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carrier interruptions or delays
• Customs clearance or international processing
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
• Severe weather or other events outside our control
• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Tracking information will be provided when available. Expedited shipping may be purchased at an additional cost.

Because custom patches are produced specifically according to each customer's design and specifications, orders generally cannot be canceled once artwork has been approved and production has started.

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Customer-provided spelling or design errors
• Incorrect quantity selected by the customer
• Approval of an incorrect proof
• Minor variations in color, stitching or placement
• Shipping carrier delays
• Customer refusal or inability to receive the package

If your order arrives defective or materially different from the approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos and order details.

After reviewing the issue, Rush Custom Patches may offer a remake, replacement, store credit or another appropriate resolution when the claim is verified.

By submitting artwork, logos, names, graphics or other materials to Rush Custom Patches, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to use the submitted material.

Rush Custom Patches reserves the right to:

• Decline orders that appear to violate copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
• Decline artwork containing unlawful, hateful or otherwise inappropriate material.
• Request confirmation of authorization for protected logos or artwork when necessary.

Unless you request otherwise in writing before production, Rush Custom Patches may use photographs of completed patches for portfolio, website and marketing purposes.

If your order contains confidential or proprietary artwork, please notify us before production or provide an appropriate NDA.
